UNITOZ 600
UNITOZ 600, with the help of carefully designed, fast igniting exothermic properties, exhibits a higher insulation property which enables the feeder to have a longer liquid time. For small to medium modulus feeders, improves the feeding performance more with respect to conventional topping compounds.
UNITOZ 800
UUNITOZ 800, following the contact of liquid metal, expands approx. 4 times to its volume, thus creating an ultimate insulation compound. With this very high insulating property, its form remains as a powder which does not form a solid phase and follows the surface of the liquid metal as the feeder continues to function. Because of this very high insulating property, it also reduces the consumption down to 25% of the conventional feeder topping compounds.
